Can Colours Signify Personality or Mood?

Colour plays a part in all our lives. It’s everywhere we go, and in everything we see, but do the colours we wear say anything about us as individuals?

Black: Authority and power. Is this why villains often where black?

White: Innocence and cleanliness. Often associated with brides and medical staff.

Red: Intensity and love. It attracts attention. Most of the cars that are stolen are red!

Blue: Peace and tranquility. Can represent loyalty and productivity. It can also be a cold colour.

Green: Relaxing and connected to nature. A symbol of fertility.

Yellow: Optimism and cheerfulness. So why do people lose their temper more in yellow rooms?

Purple: Wealth and romance. It can sometimes appear artificial.

Brown: Solid and reliable. It is also connected with feeling sad or thoughtful.

Which of these colours do you wear most often, and do you agree with these definitions and the part they play in mood?
